Disappointing Experience with Low T Center I enrolled in the Low T Center seeking help with low testosterone levels, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered: Inconsistent Lab Handling and Delays: The initial mishandling of the lab draw necessitated a redraw, leading to unnecessary delays. This setback in obtaining accurate results compounded the issues in securing a timely refill for my prescription. Lack of Communication and Follow-Through: After multiple attempts to obtain my refill prescription, I encountered a lack of communication between the clinic and the pharmacy. Despite assurances, the prescription was never sent, leaving me without necessary treatment. Sudden Policy Changes and Inadequate Support: The sudden change in their system, discontinuation of "comp" shots while waiting for the prescription, and the demand for an additional $70 for an in-office shot were unexpected and unacceptable. This change in policy felt unfair and added financial burden without reasonable cause. Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Refund: Despite numerous calls and even visiting the clinic personally, the issue of an unfulfilled service and refund of $155 for the undelivered service remains unresolved. The lack of accountability and failure to address my concerns reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with the Low T Center has been marred by a series of miscommunications, policy changes without adequate notice, and a complete lack of resolution regarding a refund for services I did not receive. As a result, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking hormone treatment or related services.

STAY AWAY FROM LOW T CENTER!! I have tried their service for over a year now. Things were bad with getting my shipments. After going to apothecary it’s gotten worse. Namely the phone app used to log injections is absolutely garbage. The number of times I’ve logged injections only to find out later that the database either didn’t log it or didn’t retain it is nearly every other shot. And guess what? The trigger to initiate your next order to be shipped is dependent on those being logged. So now I’ve been without an injection for over a week and I have to keep logging and submit injections trying to get it to advance so that my next order will ship even though they took my payment three weeks ago. Also, the staff tell me that they know the phone app is garbage and that they’re working to fix it. That’s been the song and dance for over a year. My chat for help has sat for over a week with no reply. I truly feel that their negligence has had an adverse effect on my health. And that they operate in bad faith. Don’t use them!!! PS the local staff are wonderful. Especially Wednesday, she always helps me out.

Just this year alone , my injections have been significantly late 3 times. I am going on a one-month trip outside the country on October 8, and was due to be delivered new injections today. They haven’t come. I had to go there today for a courtesy injection and I was told that they can’t make any guarantees that my injections will be here by October 8. This is unacceptable. I am leaving the country for a month and I pay for testosterone treatment, and I might have to suffer without. I paid thousands for this trip. You guys should not be allowed to do this to people. Your customers give you plenty of money, and they shouldn’t have to suffer and self inject patients shouldn’t have to be chained to the clinic without a moments notice. The patient should not have to be penalized.

This is a great facility, My initial experience was very easy going I wasn't very sure what to expect so I will have to admit I was nervous and a bit unsure. That subsided very quickly as I was treated very well. The staff is top tier. Very knowledgeable, compassionate and help put me at ease. I am so thankful to get the help I need as well as the assistance in regaining my health and vitality. I definitely recommend without hesitation.

If only the app was better, I missed three shipments this year.
